I view product design as an ecosystem. After 15 years, I’ve realized that sustainable success come from just using the right tools, it comes from unlocking the potential of the team.
I focus on mentorship and shared growth, valuing every team member as a unique contributor.
My role is to align these factors with business goals, creating a culture where we solve hard problems together.
